How it works?

We have simplified the recruitment process to the essential minimum because we value both simplicity and your time.

First contact

After initial contact we schedule online call.

Interview and test

On 1 hour online interview you will talk directly to the company owners. We will introduce you to the company and answer all questions.

During the call we will ask you for your background, check soft skills and ask some technical questions.

You will also get very short technical assessment to complete in your own time.

Feedback and an offer

After we get link to your assessment solution on github repository, we will schedule quick 15 min. call to give you feedback.

If we both feel it is a good fit, we will make you an offer and agree on next steps.

Welcome on board!

First you will start with 3 months trial period. During the trial you will receive and give feedback every month about cooperation.

After successful trial period we will switch to indefinite period.
