We’re looking for a mid-level React Native developer to join our team and help build a brand-new social sports-related mobile app. You’ll work on a greenfield project—no maintenance, no legacy code—just an opportunity to shape a modern mobile experience from scratch!
What We’re Looking For
Experience building mobile applications with React Native
Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end development
Familiarity with mobile app architecture and best practices
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
Knowledge of state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX, or Context API)
Proactive attitude – we value people who take initiative
Self-discipline & organization – we trust you to manage your time
Good sense of humor – work should be fun!
Great teamwork skills – collaboration is key
Communicative English and Polish

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences
Write maintainable code following best practices
Integrate third-party APIs and native modules as needed
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technical direction of the project
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development
Ensure the security and privacy of user data within the application
Salary
Salary range: 12,000 - 15,000 PLN net / month. Employment based on any form of cooperation tailored to your needs.

How it works?

First contact
After initial contact we schedule online call.
Interview and test
On 1 hour online interview you will talk directly to the company owners.
We will introduce you to the company and answer all questions.
During the call we will ask you for your background, check soft skills and ask some technical questions.
You will also get very short technical assessment to complete in your own time.
Feedback and an offer
After we get link to your assessment solution on github repository, we will schedule quick 15 min. call to give you feedback.
If we both feel it is a good fit, we will make you an offer and agree on next steps.

First you will start with 3 months trial period. During the trial you will receive and give feedback every month about cooperation.
After successful trial period we will switch to indefinite period.
